Title the spreadsheet ‘OrganizationNameJourneyRoster1’
Then calculate the total cost for registrations based on the
sample invoice form @ $150 per person or $135 pp for a group of five or more. If your facility is an organizational sponsor than please use $125 per person or $112.50 pp for a group of five or more. Once you have completed both the roster and the invoice, email them to Jane Nelson at
ona.ed@oklahomanurses.org. You should process the invoice internally at the same time.
If you need to add additional registrations after you submit, just complete a new set (roster and invoice) and send them to Jane and to your purchasing department. Title subsequent sets using the same format as above but with 2 or 3 etc.
